About me
Hi, I’m Mishika.
Before any degrees or titles, I was a national-level badminton player in India. Training at that level taught me discipline, resilience, and how to compete without losing composure and lessons that shaped everything I’ve done since.
I moved to Canada in 2014 to build something bigger for myself. I completed my MBA here and went on to spend six years in investment banking. On paper, it looked stable and impressive. But over time, I realized I was more energized by mentoring people than by spreadsheets and deals.
So I started helping professionals part-time reviewing resumes, preparing them for interviews, and breaking down job descriptions. What began as something small quickly became something meaningful.
Eventually, I made the shift full-time.
Over the past four years, I’ve helped 300+ professionals land roles they’re qualified for, proud of, and paid well in. Many were navigating career pivots, immigration transitions, or simply feeling stuck despite doing “all the right things.”
