4. Refund Policy

Digital Products (Templates, Guides, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Coaching Sessions & Consultations

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  
• Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.
  
• Refunds are not guaranteed once services have begun.
